01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

02. Shipment

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number when the order is processed. From here, you can click on the number and it will take you to the shipping site, or you can manually enter the number into the carriers site. This will allow you to track your order.

Do I need to be home to sign for any shipments? 

No! Shipments will be left at your home by the carrier if you are not there. 

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. 

03. Promotions

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we love our military! Simply present military identification at checkout and a discount will be applied. 

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! When you are checking out, enter your phone number and email on the screen presented. You will receive exclusive deals. After joining, you will receive 10% off your next order. 

Do you offer other discounts?

Yes. We provide discounts for people who work downtown Greenville, a discount for a first time purchase, and special discounts for Christmas. 

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

How do I request a return or replacement?

If you would like to return an item, simply bring the item in and present the receipt. 

What is the status of my refund?

Many orders will be refunded immediately and you will receive cash. If you like a refund on your card, it will depend on your banking institution. It may take 3-5 business days to be refunded. 

Can I return a sale item? 

All sale items are final sale, so they may not be returned or exchanged.
